Pours a nice golden color with a large head that stays. Aroma is light malt, yeast, & hops. Taste is a little more bitter than most fresh hopped beers I've tried. Still very good. BOD 9-11-2025

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 9-11-25 into a tulip glass at 51 degrees.
Look- Straw, mildly hazy, plentiful tiny visible particulate, white creamy head, slightly above average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Pine, grapefruit, strawberry, passionfruit, between weak and medium strength of scent.
Taste- Strawberry, passionfruit, ripe honeydew, grapefruit, pine resin, medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Medium body, average carbonation, mildly prickly, mildly bitter, no astringency, mildly creamy, mildly dry finish, mildly mouth warming.
Overall- Well above average appearance and mouthfeel. The nose was very pleasant, but underpowered. The flavor was a nice blend of fruity and resinous notes, but again was somewhat understated. The fresh hop character was present, but not overwhelming. Overall this was a very solid beer that provided a very nice drinking experience.

Canned 9/11. Nice light amber pour. The Strata hoops give a piney aroma plus a hint of dankness. Taste is pure WCIPA with added hop power. Very well done for feel - dry taste, clean and with a long finish. Whatever the base beer is, it has been much improved.
