HAZY IPA test batch for PIZZA PALS 2025
Bagel Bytes 4.0 is the fourth test batch for Pizza Pals 2025, a winter seasonal collaboration with a committed Partner in Pizza. It’s a powerful Hazy IPA, smooth and aromatic enough to compliment any variety of pizza. Look for cans of Pizza Pals in 4-packs this winter and in the meantime, let us know what you think.
What’s new in this batch: In this test batch, Version 4, we loaded up on Citra Cryo for a more finely tuned hop bill.
Hops: Citra, Eclipse, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Citra CO2 Extract, Simcoe Cryo
Malts: Briess Pilsen, Malted Oats, Crisp Chit, Weyermann Acidulated

Draft at Belmont Brew House. Hazy straw colored pour, thin, tight white head. Zesty aroma, grapefruit peel. Taste follows with a very zesty character, lots of grapefruit.
