Dirt Cake Stout
A dirt cake stout with Oreo wafers, Tahitian vanilla and gummy worms
There’s just something magical about eating a dessert that looks like dirt. But no one wants to drink a stout that looks like dirt. So this stout just looks like a stout. Feel free to garnish with gummy worms and licorice spiders, though

Tap at Belmont station. Colour is dark brown and clear. Nose is roasty with notes of burnt marshmallows and cocoa powder. The palate is very chocolatey and tangy with added notes of vanillin, dates and booze, which is surprising given the ABV. The finish is long and loaded with toffee cake and devil's food.

Sample at the 2026 Dark Arts Festival. lack pour, a few bubbles, thick. Chocolaty aroma, cookies, cocoa powder. Taste is sweet and gooey, chocolaty, fudgy, actually tastes like pudding. A good way to kick off the fest.
