Served in straight pint glass. Poured a cloudy orange-amber color with just a thin cap of off-white head that had OK retention and lacing.
This was definitely a hop forward brew. Lots of floral and citrus notes, with just a bit of soft malt showing through underneath. The flavor were pretty closely matched. A lot of flowery hops up front and nice citrus bitterness at the back. Again, the malt played a subdued supporting role.
The body was fairly typical for the style, perhaps a bit lighter and smoother than a lot of others. Drinkability was very good, my pint went down very easily, and I had another to close out my night. Overall, a very nice brew that's absolutely worth your time if you see it, and maybe worth some effort to find.
