Yup, thanks indeed to Grassroots, the endless supplier of delicious brew.

App: Deep straw, peach hues, orange, very clear, almost copper. Nice tall foamy white head. Bottle conditioned.

Aroma: Apple juice, light alcohol, fruit candy with slight funk and spice.

Taste: Spicy front with sublte sweet, followed by honey and an alcohol middle. Nice dry, crisp, hop finish. Big honey aftertaste.

Mouth: Nice. Good carbonation with slight syrup.

Drink: A little hot, but overall quite nice and could have a few.

Thanks to grassrootsvt for this hand bottled brew. He did warn me to open this one asap but it must've gotten lost in the shuffel and has spent at least 2 months sitting in the cellar.
Appears a hazy orange gold with a small white cap that slowly fades into a mild film with a heavy collar. Decent streaks of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of hard candy, citrus, flowery honey, and a touch of funky esters from the yeast.
Taste is of the same aromas with a mild sourness ester detected from the Belgian yeast strain that seems to be slightly past it's prime but it's really not that offensive considering the style.
Mouthfeel is prickly and sweet up front, medium bodied but fluffy along the tongue and palate with a yeasty fruityness that sticks around.
Definitely not a bad brew. To be fair though, I may have done this beer a minor injustice by letting it sit a bit too long. Next time, I'll try it as fresh as possible.
