Lunch at The Shed Sunday after the Vermont Brewer's Festival. This sounded intriguing, because I've never had a dark saison. Our server said it was pretty popular. Served in a tulip glass, it was a prety dark red color with a very small head. It had a fruity aroma, with a little bit of grain. It tasted sweet, mostly cherry. Pretty good beer, a little thin.
