On tap at the KSBF 06.
Poured a deep and cloudy golden color with an averaged sized white head.
Aromas of honey, lemons, brett, and some spices.
Tastes of honey, brett, citrus and spices.
Im usually not crazy about honey, but found that I really enjoyed this beer. Refreshing and one of my favorites of the connoisseur tasting.

Poured a hazy, orange golden color with a large, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of honey, with funky brett notes, citrus fruits, and spice. Taste of much of the same, with some buttercream, and a moderate bretty tartness in the background.

Appears a hazy light gold with a fluffy white head that doesn't fade out. Lots of spotty lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of honey infused lemon with some yeasty spiciness followed up with a subtle brett aroma that doesn't overpower.
Taste is of the same aromas with a balanced amount of brett that compliments the zesty, smooth honey flavors with a wild flare.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, fluffy, like a chardonnay that has been aged and opened at the right time.
Well done, Shaun!
