One of the best IPA's I have ever tasted. When we go skiing at Eldora, we always stop in Nederland CO and enjoy Wild Mountain's smoked wings and Hop Diggity IPA. I think I look forward to this more than the skiing. Tends to be a little cloudy, with a strong hop aroma. Experiencing this beer through the nose is the most enjoyable part. I have tasted all kinds of IPA's all over the US and this is one of my favorites.
If anywhere near Nederland CO, stop in and try their smoked wings and a pint of their Hop Diggity IPA.

Hop Diggity do da! The best beer I tried for sure at Wild Mountain. Arrived a lighter amber color with a mostly hazy appearance. A good soft white head but did die out over time. Good lacing while the head was there.
The nose is mostly hops with more of a citrus/west coast influence. Some nice orange, lemon and pine mixture. Some light malt note with just a hint of caramel and a slight sugary note.
The taste is right on par with the nose. There is a nice backing from the malt. Subtle but a nice sweetness that balances well with the hoppy finish. Citrus mixed with pine again with a slighter bitterness up front. Very good with a nice blend that isn't to overbearing but still more than noticeable. The finish leaves a hint of pine and more of a citrus finish.
The body is moderate and really balance the hop flavor. Smooth finish and very drinkable. Great beer.
