Pours a brown color with reddish highlights and an one finger white head with no lace. The aroma is of caramel malt and a touch of floral. The tatse is of a caramel malt backbone with a hint of nuttiness. The taste was not complex and a little thin. The mouthfeel was moderately carbonated. Overall it was an average brown. The taste was not complex and a little thin but solid.

Served in Quigley's tankard.

A: Brown in color highlighted with ruby red accents. Tan head that does not last. No lacing.

S: Light sweet malt no hops detected some floral notes.

T: Malt sweetness again slightly nutty with a little nutty and bitterness.

M: Medium in body not a lot of active carbonation smooth finish.

D: Not bad but not a session brew.

Appearance: brown in color with some ruby reddish highlights. Short tan colored head lasts a bit before breaking to spotty surface bubbles.

Smell: very light malt sweetness is all that can be pulle from the glass.

Taste: mild malt sweetness, soft nutty flavor, and a mellow bitterness make up a straight forward brown ale.

Mouthfeel: lighter side of a medium bodied beer. Lightly crisp to start, smooth at the finish. Aftertaste is short-lived.

Drinkability: decent nut brown ale that is a bit thinner than expected. Easy to quaff this one.
