Tap
Pours clear amber. White lacing for a head.
Smells of sweet and coppery biscuit, cereals, and toast.
Fresh coppery biscuit and cereal malts. Finishes caramelized with some dry hop.
Medium body, light fizzy carbonation.
Really well done marzen with some good flavor. Very nice effort. I would have this again.

Served in Quigley's pint glass. Review from notes.
A: Copper in color off white head. No notes on lacing.
S: Roasted malts, toffee and caramel, and lots of spices.
T: Sweet malts, roasted grains and hops.
M: Moderate body with some carbonation
D: Too spicy to drink a growler but not bad to have a pint with dinner.

Had this on tap last weekend while vacationing at Litchfield Beach. Came to the booth with a beautiful medium copper color and a thin off white head. Aroma is of sweet roasted malts, toffee, and caramel with some spicy herbal hops in the background. Taste is mostly sweet malts, roasted grain and spicy hops. Very drinkable with a slightly dry finish. At two bucks a pint during happy hour (4-7), I managed to down a couple along with one of their excellent Swamp Fox IPAs.
