A - Copper penny color. Poured with only a small cap and left some nice lacing.
S - Lots of orange, lemon citrus. Floral. Sweet malt backing.
T - Floral hops up front. Sweet malt. Citrusy, orange blossom late. Medium bitter finish.
M - Medium body, low to mid carb.
D - Good drinkability. Will drink again when I go back.

Amberish color, with a very hoppy smell and taste. A touch of sweetness, but I found this very similar to their pale ale, but a touch more bitter and slightly more strongly hopped perhaps. A nice big flavored citrusy IPA. Id like to try this again now that Im much fonder of IPAs than when I first rated this.

This is pretty drinkable American IPA. It has a very slow start with some average bitterness. After the bitterness you get to taste that IPA hopness. Not a pine bomb. I would say it leans towards the mellow side of grapefruit. A very respectable first brew at this new establishment. I got to tour the brewhouse behind the glass with my buddy and the brewmaster. He said it uses simcoe hops right now but he would working on the receipe tomorrow on the next batch. He was going to turn it up a notch.

First time here and glad to have some new brews in town.
Nice, light floral aroma and somewhat sweet to the nose. Good lacing. Strong bitterness then the hops kick in. Some what medicinal but better than it sounds. Good attempt at the style and just a bit diff from the norm to stand out.
While speaking with the Brewmaster, he said it would be changing soon so another review will be coming soon.
