The bartend said this was an Irish Dry Stout, but I would say an American Stout. Black with a dark tan head. Very nice. Roassstttty aroma. Same in the flavor. Roastiness all the way. Some good smooth malt flavor. Perfect mouthfeel. Smooth and thick. Pretty solid stout. Another good one from Uncle Billy's.

Pours dark black with a soft, small and creamy tan head. Smell is ashy and roasty. Slightly creamy yet somewhat thin and flavors of creamy burnt milk, and dark roasted malt. Slight tart edge to it as well. Not my favorite beer of theirs but still quite drinkable. Nice stout.
