Roast. That is what this stout is all about. Brewed, I think, for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day. Poured black with a soft white head. Roasty aroma. Roasted coffee ground flavor. Similar to the aroma. Dry for sure. Smooth and lush mouthfeel. A great take on the style. Uncle Billy's has stouts dialed.
