From notes 12/16/10. Sampled at the Barton Springs location.

A- Dark black with a tinge of brown around the edges, one finger tan head, little lacing.

S- Cascade hops, dry, oily, pine, alcohol.

T/M- Bitter, oh so bitter, vodka taste in the middle, mild roastiness on the finish.

D- Pretty good. A solid B rating for the style. I like what they were going for, but the astringency from the alcohol was overly present.
