This is a version of Agave Wit, but it is brewed with an American Wheat Ale yeast, rather than a Belgian Wit yeast. It is only available at the Lake Travis location, while the Agave Wit is only available at the Barton Springs location.
The beer pours a very hazy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat and orange citrus notes, with not too much else going on. The flavor is more of the same. The orange and lemon notes really stand out, as does the strong wheat backbone. Easy to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
