On tap during the RateBeer Winter Gathering.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of biscuit malt in it, but there is also a touch of citrus and some rye. The rye is also present in the aroma and is complimented very well by the light citrus and biscuit notes. There is also a Belgian yeast component to the beer and a low amount of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
