On tap at PreFunk. Dry and chalky, pale golden, while still allowing the florals and herbals to shine through. A bit more bitter than the average Saison.

Clear golden with a pillowy white head... nice lacing... Nose shows minor Belgian qualities, only hints of peppercorn and light apple/apricot fruitiness.. crisp with a little grassy hoppiness.... I guess really not bad at all for the lower ABV... Would be quenching during a long work day.
