Pours a lovely reddish brown body with a creamy/frothy beige head. Fantastic lace.
Wine vinegar nose). sour, fruity, raspberry, tart. Great.
Taste similar. Sour but not puckering, well balanced but very interesting. Raspberry, wine vinegar, and sherbet, fizzy. Lovely understated.
Mouthfeel is lower carbonation and medium body. Works great for style.
