Had on tap at Epcot - Flower & Garden Festival.
Look: Not what I expected, orange-amber color with a thin cap of head.
Smell: Plenty of floral and candy aromas. Really pleasant. No yeasty funkiness at all.
Taste: Wow! Way too sweet! Like syrupy cloyingly sweet. Not getting anything that I would expect from a Farmhouse ale at all. No yeasty funkiness or anything refreshing on the palate; just candy sweetness.
Feel: Medium mouth feel; like drinking thinned out table syrup. Not a lot of carbonation.
Overall: This was a pretty big disappointment for me. I don't typically rate beers this low and I had real high hopes for this beer, even knowing the brewers lower ratings on their other beers. I have no idea what they were aiming for here as I couldn't find anything on their website about it. It doesn't look, smell or taste anything like a Saison at all. I just didn't like their interpretation of the style; perhaps if they toned down the sweetness...? I don't know it just wasn't something I would try again.

Had on tap at Disney World - poured into a plastic cup.
L: Poured a hazy amber with off white head. Hard to tell how thick in a plastic cup.
S: Fruits... citrus and banana. Yeast and malts.
T/F: Very fruity. Grapefruit and mango with a hint of banana. Some malts there as well. A little sweet-ish. Nicely carbonated and smooth on the palate.
O: This was a nice surprise for a Disney festival-only brew. Nice bouquet of fruits and yeast flavors.... maybe an ooch sweet but went down very nicely on a warm Florida day. Would be good to try again in a more neutral/controlled setting.
