On-tap at the brewpub.
A - Arrives in the tall pint glass a cloudy amber color, topped with ~1 inch of dirty off-white head and medium retention.
S - A nice, fresh malty aroma that is sweet and bready. Spicy Noble hop character of pepper and tea.
T - Predominate flavor is a dry spicy rye. Highlighted with hints of lemongrass, herbal tea and crisp grapefruit bitterness. Overall flavor is that of a nice crisp and slightly bitter beer.
M - A little thin, although there is some slick rye feel going on. Carbonation is moderate.
D - A nice, simple crisp beer with a nice rye flavor. Easily drinkable at 5.5%
