This beer was made with 42 pounds of Raspberry puree added to the mash.
A - Wow what a pretty shade of ruby pink! Head is minimal but I do get a slight lace ring so it is carbonated.
S - Mild but mostly smells of raspberry puree with mostly sweet not tart. No noticeable malt.
T - Again pretty one dimensional with candied raspberry's almost like pure pie filling being mostly sweet with only a slight tartness. Notes say that it's more of a juice than a beer.
M - Very light I did find it refreshing.
Overall it seems to be just like the pineapple with so much puree flavors it blocks out any notes of beer. I did compare it to a lambic just not as tart. A treat for any fruit beer lover.
