Draft at Proof. Pours a lightly hazy very pale yellow. No head or collar. No lacing noticeable either. Aroma is very earthy, some funk, dry grass. Taste is mildly bitter, some grass, some barnyard. Light body and medium carbonation lend to a decent mouthfeel.

Single finger head with excellent lacing on a slightly cloudy bright golden body. Aroma of terpentine, tart and sour lemon, with hints of Belgian yeast. Flavor follows with more tartness than I am used to for the style but it works well. Additional notes of herbal hops, lemon custard, green grapes on a pale malt base, some Belgian yeast. Light body and light to moderate carbonation. Very flavorful beer. Very refreshing and easy to drink. One of my favorites aside from the routinely released brews from this brewery.
