Citrus on the nose. Herbal, spicy up front. Mild brett'y funk. light tart. mild bitter finish.

On draft, pours a bright cloudy light gold, fluffy white head, lacing on the glass.
Nose is citrus, wheat, a little funk, hay, pepper and cracker. Some tropical fruit. The flavor is citrus, very soapy aftertaste. Wheat grain, hay and pepper. Leaves a bit of a medicine aftertaste. A bit too soapy for my liking.

Poured out cloudy, straw yellow with a small tan head. It smelled funky with a touch of sweet caramel. It tasted of mild spiciness with a touch of sweet caramel, too. It was crisp and sharp with a dry finish.
