On tap at Prohibition Taproom, Philly PA.

10 oz. pour into a wine glass, murky orange-red color, no head, just a few stray bubbles on top. In the nose, promises of tartness, raspberry and orange, vinegar, grass, distant coriander-like spice. I nearly puckered up at the first sip, much tarter than I expected, lots of raspberry, seedy, orange juice, herbal notes, acetic acid, and lots of it, but the vinegar taste, strong as it was, never totally conquered the fruit. This was a little too much even for me, and I'm no stranger to sours. Body was medium, mouthfeel was a mix of tart, dry, and chalky. Overall, a decent attempt, but just kind of fell short in terms of balance. Not undrinkable, but I wouldn't reach for it again.
