This is a collaboration with our friend Brandon Jones from Yazoo in Nashville, TN and master of the "Embrace The Funk" series. We used an old home-brew recipe of Brandon's and added 15 gallons of fresh squeezed citrus peel from CeeBee's Citrus in Odessa, FL who are keepers of the heirlooms citrus varieties that are, sadly disappearing. Whole Tennessee oats in the mash, open fermentation and Brandon's secret yeast went into what we're calling a citrus Saison. Embrace it. Open it. Enjoy it.
