Wild Flower was interesting. I managed to get some of this as a left over from the Saison fest last year at the Tap & Table in Emmaus. This brew was kind of a specialty one. I wasn't able to find too much info about it online or anything. Gave it a try anyhow because I can't say that I'd ever see it again.
The beer was poured from a cask, with a hazy golden yellow body with no head on it. The lacing was nonexistent. The smell of the beer was very floral, had some grains and herbs in there too. The taste of the beer gave off some elements of hibiscus and other flowers giving this brew what almost seemed like a menthol feeling on the tongue. The mouthfeel was very light and kind of on the flat side. Overall I really liked the experience I got from this brew and I would totally revisit this one again if I happen to ever come across it again.

A firkin at tap and table.
A- comes my way with an almost mirror finish atop a cloudy orange yellow brew. Glows beautifully in the light.
S- huge amounts of floral note with some spice and sweet fruit.
T- this is one floral brew the name doesn't lie. Fruity and slightly tart, tons of bold yeast character with a touch of spice. The wild flowers added are a very interesting addition and really play well with the semi funky yeast. Juicy finish
M- mediumish body and almost completely flat but it is a gravity poured firkin so it is what it is.
D- this is the definition of a floral saison. The wild flower are bold and perfumey but if you like that sort of thing then this one is for you.
