Clear amber pour with a thin, wispy, white head. Nothing really "farmhousey" about this one. If they're trying to introduce the style to the masses, they're not really giving the style a good name. In the nose, toasted grains, a little bit of overripe stone fruit. Taste of general caramel malts, toasted grains, light notes of overripe peach and pear, with a bit of fusel alcohol. Body was about medium, kind of stale and uninteresting overall. Wouldn't be a recommendation of mine.
