A Golden Wheat beer with a hint of raspberry. A light refreshing drinking beer. A nice change from coolers or spritzers.

On tap at the brewery restaurant.

This pale amber ale has a white head that soon reduces to a ring but does leave some lacing.

The aroma is appealing and quite 'sweet' with obvious raspberry.

The flavor also features raspberry but is minimally sweet and turns slightly bitter in the aftertaste. Excellent balance!.
Very smooth, medium body.

Still being brewed!
This is essentially Rudder's Blonde Rock beer with the addition of Raspberry. As with the other blonde, I was expecting something lighter. I was also expecting not to like it much, as fruity wheat beers and blondes are often too sweet for me... not enough like what I expect from a beer. Again, also like the Blonde Rock, this one was a pleasant surprise. The smell of raspberry was refreshing but not overpowering. The base beer still comes through as strong or stronger than anything else. The raspberry flavour is light enough that you could down a few of these easily, but like with any fruit beers, you'd probably max out after a few... I'd love to test that out as an experiment! Head was nice, and laced down the glass, and the beer had just a hint of red to it which was nice.
