A - A low thick head with thick spongy lacing. Color was a low golden hue with a drop of cedar pinkness.
S - Hoppy, almost to the point of being IPAish. Lots of cascade and some simco (confirmed with the brewer) plus a third something else. Simple but very appitizing. It makes me both more hungry and more thirsty.
T - Similar to a mild amber ale. Aromatic hoppy initial flavors. Very simple. I felt a slight slight champagne-like sweet aftertaste.
M - Viscous and smooth. Very nice. Fizzy but at the same time not un-honey-like.
D - Does it's job very well. A simple reliable kind of beer that's perfect for a restaurant. It really makes you want to order more off the menu.
