I got a can of this beer from the brewery whilst in the area for my daughter's D3 National Gymnastics Meet. It poured a slightly hazy copper with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bitter pine and subtle citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bitter citrus and pine resin flavor. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

From a 16oz can dated 6/25/21 into a pint glass.
Pours a mostly translucent hazy golden amber with about a finger and a half of white head. Moderate retention and lacing.
Smell is a little muted but getting a little citrus and pine.
Taste is big and dank. Pine, resin, earth. nice bitter kick on the swallow.
Sticky mouthfeel. Strong bitter aftertaste. 8.9% well hidden but a bit warming. Low carbonation.
Overall, a great old school DIPA. nice that smaller breweries are still making beers like this.

22oz bottle poured into a tulip
A: Pours a hazy burnt orange with a 1.5 finger head that lingers
S: Pineapple, tropical fruit, wheat, caramel, and a bit of citrus
T: Matches the nose: malt-forward with caramel but also a good dose of tropical fruit. Adds some black pepper
M: Medium to full-bodied, a light bitterness and a bit sweet but not cloying
O: I would prefer less malt but this is still a tasty DIPA

Had at the Horseheads Brewery
L: Pours a semi-opaque deep amber color. Generous off-white head.
S: Resinous evergreens and a bit floral.
T/F: Solid malt backbone up front. A bit herbal/floral with some nice piney resinous hops. Clean at the finish and nicely carbonated.
