8/4….pours amber copper with thick white foam. Heavy drift and fixed solid. Faint fruity nose, breads. Smooth pale taste, crisp, bitter burst, citrus, pine. Balanced taste, nice bite. Tasty.

It was like a pale ale without any trace of hops in the nose or taste. All malt.

Poured a hazy orange amber with a rambunctious big head of foam that stayed forever and left thick sticky lace. Smells sweet and delectable with orange and lemon citrus, sweet pine notes and bright floral on a caramel malt base. A touch of yeast, apple and bread as it warms really brings the nose together. Taste is fat malt. Lots of bread and toffee with floral hops and a citrus sweetness. Grassy, not too bitter and pine is really pine on the palate. Leaves oily and crisp with a lingering aftertaste that wasn’t just bitter but had a subtle and ample sweetness as well. This was a great drink.
