8/31....pours rich copper color, lighter on the bottom. 1.4 inch fluffy white foam. Nice foamy lid. Light grainy nose, small hints of rye. Sweet malty open with a firm bitter hop, strong rye notes. Sweet finish. Firm carbonation. Really nice blend.

Pours an exceptional color orange amber with golden hues. A slight haze and a thick very off white head of orange tinted foam that lasts. Lots of bubbles from allover the glass constantly heading to the top. Nose is citrusy and orange. A frgrant bit of spicy rye. Floral and a sweet bit of caramel. As this warms you do begin to notice a buttery or popcorn like scent. Taste is an excellent and balanced marriage of flavors. That light and bright orange and the softest caramel that is just sweet enough. The rye in this is bold enough but does not over take the other flavors. Finishes with a very firm bitterness. Not really sharp but definitely firm. There does seem to be a popcorn taste that does develop. At first I was thinking this is no big deal but it does start to interfere with the drink after a while. Was a touch heavy at 7% abv as well .

22 oz bottle, no date but just bought at the brewery 2 weeks ago.
Medium copper color, clear. Off white thin head. Sweet malty aroma, not really any hops. Same with the taste. A bit of earthy flavor. Starts sweet, finished s bready. Medium body and carbonation.

A: The beer is slightly hazy orange amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high off white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of rye are present in the nose along with hints of caramel and toffee malts.
T: The taste has light to moderate flavors of spicy rye that seem to mask any sweetness from the underlying malts. Slight hints of pine are also noticeable from the hops, which contribute a light amount of bitterness. Bits of spiciness from the rye linger through the finish.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seemed like a hybrid of different styles. It was a lot maltier compared to other pale ales and wasn't as spicy compared to rye ales. Nonetheless, there is a nice balance between the malts and rye.

Hazy orange with a massive white head. Nice lacing.
Scent is toffee and biscuit malt. Bready yeast
Taste is in line with the nose. Big butterscotch and toffee. Not much hop presence, just enough to keep the malt for taking over and lend a bit of pine bitterness.
Full and creamy in mouth. Slightly slick.
I expected peppery rye and and more hop flavor/aroma. Surprised by the malt dominance. Not bad but wouldn't seek out again.

Pours a light and slightly hazy golden orange.
A touch of rye on the nose, vegetal hops, caramel malt, touch of diacetly.
This feels a bit inexpertly brewed for my tastes. It's a bit slick and astringent, but luckily I don't get the diacetyl on the taste too. This is wholly average to mediocre.

This poured out as a golden color with a white head on top. The retention is thin with a slightly sticky lacing. The smell of the beer is floral with some dominant sweetness on the nose. The taste of the beer has some sweetness up front, not really caramel a bit more floral, not overly spicy either or bitter. The taste was more sweet than anything I thought. The mouthfeel of the beer is creamy, smooth and nicely carbonated. Overall it was a nice beer to try.

Poured from a 22 oz bomber in to a pint glass.
A- Pours a deep clear amber color with one fingers worth of creamy tan head and some lather-like lacing.
S- A nice sugary sweetness compliments a mostly citrusy nose with some bitterness.
T- The most noticeable difference between this beer and most is the distinct buttery creaminess in the taste which is not unlike caramel popcorn. Besides that, it is quite hoppy and bitter.
M- Towards the lighter side of medium-bodied but full of crisp carbonation with dry, bitter finish
O- This is a great change of pace for an APA. The rye really begins to show as the brew warms.
