Poured from a growler in to a weizen glass
A- Pours and unexpectedly beautiful off-white one inch head on top of a clear golden body with tons of bubbles rising.
S- Not too exciting on the nose. Kind of grassy with some subtle citrus notes.
T- The taste follows the nose and is pretty mellow yet inoffensive. The alcohol is sensed towards the end.
M- Medium light feel. There's something missing here. I'm not sure if it's a lack of carbonation or what.
O- On the whole, this didn't excite me a whole lot even though then initial pour looked amazing.
