Tap@Eel River, May 2004. Glace cherry in the nose and flavour, licorice and choc/caramel from the porter base. Tasted like cake, pretty sweet too. There was moments when i quite liked this beer, but that was outweighed by the moment when that it was too sweet and candyish.
