Brewery Description from website: ABV: 6.1%, IBU: 45 Prost-able Pils is a very blonde, brilliantly clear, effervescent Pilsner. It is strongly hopped with an assertive up-front bitterness, first wort hopped, brewed with Wisconsin grown Magnum and Sterling hops. A single malt beer brewed using the traditional German Decoction mash process. A Bull Falls thoroughbred, first brewed in honor of our 10th Anniversary.
My Notes: can states 5.6% ABV ??? Bought a 4 pack of 16ounce cans. first time I had this beer.
Look: see above, nice looking beer
Smell: grain, sweet bread
taste: Grain, biscuit, cracker pepper, grass, some citrus (mostly lemon) hop notes. rather strong assertive (astringent ?) flavor. Starts out just slightly sweet but turns bitter and a little dry. Long lasting after taste.
Nice beer, I have made the mistake of passing up buying this beer in the past. Now I want more. 4.09/5

Very nice pilsner. This brewery does a great job with German style lagers and this one is no exception. One of my favorite breweries making a great beer.

Pours a very clear yellow golden color with white head. Cereal grains, lager yeast, and some light grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes very crisp and clean. Nicely done.

Classic Golden Style Pilsner with a nice dry mouth feel
had it on TAP at the THIRSTY BELGIAN in ROCHESTER, MN
It's the kind of Pils you find all over Europe.
