Copenhagen 30/5 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. What looks like peeling paint on the label.
Pours hazy orange with white head. Settles as patchy thin layer of foam.
Aroma is intensely sour. Very citric with somewhat sweeter lemonade aroma lurking in the background. Black pepper and light alcohol notes.
Fairly strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit peppery. A little bit boozy - but not unpleasantly so.
Nice - but a little watery despite an ABV of 8%.
