Copenhagen 6/5 2023. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly, Borgen, Sønderborg. A delirious liberal fellow at the barbecue waving an American flag.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty. odor mingling with grass and a bit of citrus. Dry vibe. Sweet pale malts, bread. Freshly mown grass. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness, Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent enough and pretty fresh Lager beer.
