Buckle up for this juice bomb of a sour beer! The first tremor of tartness hits, then hold tight for a citrus blast of seismic proportions. Tectonic plates of lemon, tangerine, grapefruit and tart apple agitate the pie crust and biscuit backbone.
A sessionable seismic citrus sour.

Copenhagen 21/5 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Pink and yellow version of BrewDogs usual label design. They promise me that this beer will give me a "Citrus Blast of Seismic Proportions".
Pours clear yellow with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as flimsy patch of thin foam unable to cover much. No lacing.
Aroma is fruit bowl of tart and citrus things. Grape fruit, citrus with slightly sweeter hints of orange. A bit one-dimensional but refreshing.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery and fizzy texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is strangely enough a bit sweeter - but still fairly fruity sour. Lingers fairly short.
Lemonade-ish - even though they forgot the sugar. Uncomplicated sour drink.

Brewdog Quench Quake.

On-tap at Hawkes Cidery & Taproom, London, England
A: The beer is crystal clear dark yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grapefruit pulp are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is somewhat sour with flavors of grapefruit pulp.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and tastes likes a grapefruit version of an Orangina.
Serving type: on-tap

Light golden color with a two-finger head with short retention.
Nice aroma with predominant notes grapefruit and tangerines. Hints of lemon sourness.
Flavor with predominant notes of grapefruit, lemon and tangerines. Hints of C vitamin, wheat, green apples and pineapple. Dry aftertaste with a quick but not weak acidity.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This citrusy Sour with lots of grapefruit, lemon and tangerine natural notes can sure quench you thirst more than cold water.

On tap. Poured a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of grapefruit, sour lemon and caramel. Really tart and sour with a strong grapefruit presence.

330ml bottle fro Tesco supermarket (£1.80):
Lively & tangy throughout, this one was a fresh beer with a sharpness to it & quite a dry, strongly carbonated finish that was sour without quite overpowering. There was a lot of flavour coming through with the zesty citrus & sour apples quite pronounced around the middle, there was a nice balance overall too & although it's not my favourite style of beer, I'm glad I picked this one up & gave it a try at least once.

Not as bad as the Real Ale Guide said...
It doesn't smell THAT impressive (rather reminiscent of champagne?) but it does taste really good and refreshing, like a sour grapefruit soda. And as such, it is pretty enjoyable.
I love sours and I can say with confidence that although this might not be the sourest sour in the world, it is still a good one, does its job pretty well even on this warm autumn afternoon.
I find no problem with it.
