This West Coast IPA is a furious fusion of untamed hops and devilish malt. Pine, citrus, and lemon dance a wild tango alongside a kick of bitterness, leaving you with a lingering, rebellious bite that echoes with each sip.

Skunky beer. There is literally a brewery in canal Winchester Ohio and they sell old skunky beer. It’s happened three times literally and I live a few miles from the brewery. Customer service couldn’t care less. Waste of money.

Copenhagen 4/11 2016. 66 cl bottle from Kvickly. The usual pretty cool label design with a lot of graphic fonts telling me it’s a "Post Modern Classic" and a howling Brew Dog to complete the picture.

Pours slightly hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but creamy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing on the side of the glass.

Aroma is pretty citric with light notes of exotic fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. Hints of mango and peach. Quite tart.

Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lively texture.

Flavor is medium sweet followed by a more pronounced bitterness. Bitter aftertaste. A little watery. Lingers for a bit.

Fine IPA even if I am not sure if this qualifies as a "Post Modern Classic".

12 oz can from Total Wine and More in Short Pump, VA The ale poured as clear gold with foamy head and ample lacing. Good looking ale! The aroma of grapefruit and orange zest greets you. This is a nicely balanced ale with smooth hop bitterness, mostly citrus. The ale has a medium body and average carbonation.

Bottle 0.33L.
Hazy, deep golden-to-amber body with an average, frothy, off-white head, mostly diminishing with some lacing, though.
Moderate-to-heavy hoppy (grapefruit, flowers) and light malty (caramel) aroma with fruity notes.
Moderate-to-heavy bitter and light sweet flavour; average-to-long-lasting bitter finish.
Medium body with oily texture; soft carbonation.
