Brewed for the Tate Modern's 10th Anniversary.
A - Poured out a golden/amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. Limited lacing on the glass.
S - It smelled of juniper berries and cinnamon. It almost smelled like a Christmas Ale - like Anchor's Our Special Ale.
T - It had a fairly strong taste of juniper berry with a touch of vanilla. There was a mild caramel flavor with some grassiness, too.
M - It was crisp, sharp and pretty dry. A light to medium bodied ale that is very easy drinking.
D - This beer is described as a saison style beer, but it didn't have many saison-characteristics. It is however, a good tasting beer.
