Picked this up at a great little beer store in Arlon, Belgium, Miorge Mihoublon. Really hazy straw colored pour with a two finger foamy, pure white head with great retention and lacing. Big herbal, grassy nose with hints of lemon, yeast, soap, hops, and some subtle skunkiness. The taste is herbal and grassy as well along with bitter lemon zest, apples, white pepper, and subtle hops. The mouthfeel is extremely one dimensional. Very bitter with very little balance. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation and an extremely tangy, dry finish. Overall, this was a bit disappointing considering all the hype. It's not a bad beer, but the lack of balance hurts the drinkability.
