Collaboration with Pleine Lune and Bieres Cultes - Bottle, Etre Gourmet - Pours cloudy golden with a medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - yeasty/bready notes, floral, earthy hops. Taste - light yeasty notes, malty middle, light floral overtones, long dry bitter finish. Nice well balanced bitter forward ale.
