11.2oz bottled 11FEB16 BB 11FEB21 poured into a teku glass at fridge temp 8% ABV. The beer pours bright medium straw yellow with nearly white head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves no lacing. The aroma is pungent with funky cheese, armpits, musty blanket and barnyard. The taste is sharp Brett (band aid) plastic with no considerable bitterness, nor a drop of sweetness left after 3 1/2 years exposure. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with well above average carbonation and a bone dry finish. Overall, not for me. Bought online and didn’t know the age or Brett addition. Not pleasant in my opinion.

One of the best use of brett I 've had apart from Orval. Very balanced. Fruity and floral. Funky and a bit tart but never sour. A bit of spices reminding you this is supposed to be a saison. The Abv is very well hidden. It's very drinkable. White grapes and almost white wine.
The bottle is a year and a half and I think this might have done wonderful things. Great stuff
