Pours a clouded golden colored beer with a huge, stable white head atop.
Smells of cooked peas, fresh butter and slightly spicy, wooden hops, together with wood flowers.
Has a surprisingly velvet, smooth mouthfeel with a great, effervescent refreshment to it, guided by a well working balance.
Tastes of bread dough, banana phloem and a rustic, nutty, spicy and fruity hoppiness, leading with orange zest and kitchen herbs. The beer shows off it‘s fantastic mouthfeel then, which is creamy and almost chewy in a pleasant way, accompanied by a fitting higher carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity, with a crispy component to it, a well developed citrus bitterness and mellowing crackers among guava juice and lighter grapefruit.
Another, totally different, great incarnation of the lovely Zinnebeer with an unforseen complexity and world class mouthfeel.
