330ml bottle. Snifter glass. Enjoyed on jul“12. Pours pale honey amber in color. Cloudy appearance. Off-white, extra small bubbled, froth creates a creamy crown leaving nice lacing rings & spots on sides. Caramel malt aroma, notes of dried figs, subtle sweetness, even overripe banana touch & slightly citric to the nose. Drilling herb & spiced fragrances. Gentle crystal malts & clean bitterness. Medium to full body. Low to moderate carbonation. Texture is oily, astringency is soft. Dry mildy bitter finish. More refreshing than regular Belgian Ales. Easy drinkability.
