Draft. Served at Firkin Fest 2011. Pours a hazed amber honey orange color with a tan head. Surprisingly sweet aroma wafting from this one with notes of citrus, honey, and apricot. Medium mouthfeel. Starts with a citrus like fruit flavor that transitions to a pretty high bitter ending with some spice (pepper). An interesting beer. I rather enjoy the sweet start but the bitterness to me is a little much at the end.
