Poured a pint into a clean glass from a growler I picked up last night.
A. Very nice bronze body topped with a finger or two of fuzzy white head. The head dropped to a cap after a few minutes. This beer looks very appetizing.
S. Very balanced aroma between the hops and malts. I smell caramels, toffee, grapefruit, and a faint pinecone.
T. Easy pleasing flavor leads with a bold malty body while the hops come up from behind. I taste caramel, light biscuit, pine, salt, citrus all wrapped in neatly.
M. Medium gravity brew with good body lightened up with the carbonation and bitterness on the tongue.
This was one of my favorites on the otters menu and wouldn't hesitate to grab some more.

Draft at the brewpub. Bit below average pale, as the hops were less than average. Looked OK, grapefruit cloudy body and a residue of head. Mild hop aroma. carbonation is right there, and some drinkability.Would like more C-hops in there to be competitive.

Poured a light copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a bright cascade hop.
The taste was upfront citrusy with cascade and potentially centennial hops. There was a light graininess to the body, which was lighter than expected. It al
ost seems like there is a touch of wheat malt present.
The mouthfeel was thin for the style.
Overall a tasty and refreshing ale for this first hot day of the summer.

Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub.
Served as a light amber colored beer with modest white puffy head.
Smell has some light notes of citrus hops but is very restrained.
Taste also shows a modest hop character, but its best quality ids being light and refreshing.
A pleasant beer but nothing special.

Bright and clear, on the paler side of pale ale, tending towards gold. Large bubbled, casky looking white head. Excellent lacing and head retention, sheeting the back of the glass. Fresh, juicy citrus hop nose. Very clean, with a pleasing toasty malt backdrop. Nicely balanced flavor, leaning slightly towards the hoppy end. Toasty malt, very clean in the vein of Sierra Nevada, with just a slight bit of fresh cut grass and lemony esters. Plump citric hopping dominates the finish, dripping with orange juice, snapping off with a satisfying bitterness that lingers well past the last sip. Body is a bit on the lighter side, with a snappy, dryish mouthfeel. Sturdy carbonation. One hell of a session pale ale, I would have no problems if this were the last remaining beer on earth.

Pours a light amber color with minimal head, a little light on the carbonation. Smell is very light, not much to it. Taste follows suit. Very subdued flavors with a small punch of hops that lingers on after you swallow. This one would be more refreshing if it had a crisper mouthfeel.
