At the bar at the brewery here in Mainz. A full liter in ein maß and what a pour, the head is fantastic. Creamy and tan. Haven’t had head like this in a long time. Super roasty yet light body and super easy drinking. A very tasty Schwarzbier with that classic sweet malty finish and full flavor.

Toasted note in the smell. Light, but pleasant.
In the taste more intense toasted notes.
