Great summer brew. Drinkable but unique enough to be the average.

On tap at brewery.
Pours pretty much golden with a translucent haze. The beer has a nice amount of sustaining head even though the carbonation is hard to see that maintains it. The smell is a nice pronounced bready grain, along with some noble hop aroma.
The taste comes fairly smooth with a light bite of carbonation. The malts hit most of the tongue initially, with it a light sweetness with a slight bit of metal (which for some reason is how I usually feel about noble-hopped lagers). The earthiness of the hops, little grass, reed, smallest hint of lemon overtake the taste fairly quickly and linger on the tongue. I will note, as the beer warmed, near the bottom of the pour, the beer's sweetness is a little more prevalent.
This is a nice tasting, well balanced beer. The feel is a bit on the dry side of being completely refreshing. I wasn't wowed by any one component of this beer (nice balance perhaps the exception), but I enjoyed it as a complete beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
