Scored a growler of this brew locally, and it is good. It was delivered as a firkin to Staples Corner Liquor Store, where a growler fill runs about $15. Not a big nose, but a nice sweet, well balanced brew that goes very well with food - just what you want from a draft IPA du jour. Highly drinkable, it is as the name suggests, very earthy, a flavor combo of bitter and sweet that keeps you sipping. Malts are almost cane sugary, hops are a light touch but a firm bitter finish that satisfies. Mouthfeel is a bit astringent, a bit sticky, all good. Good stuff, will we ever see it again?
